Sessions & Availability
🗓️ Flexible Scheduling
We offer daytime, evening, and weekend appointments to fit around your commitments. Online sessions offer the most flexibility.
🌐 In-Person & Online
All of our services are available both in person and via secure video or phone — you choose what works best for you.
⏱️ Session Length
Standard sessions are 50 minutes. Longer sessions can be arranged where appropriate. Frequency is agreed between you and your practitioner.

Everything you share is treated with complete confidentiality, in line with our ethical framework and professional obligations.
Common Questions
Do I need a referral to access your services?
No. You can refer yourself directly — simply reach out and we'll guide you through the process. No GP referral or prior diagnosis is required.
How quickly can I get an appointment?
We aim to respond to all enquiries within one working day. Initial consultations are usually available within a week, often sooner for online sessions.
What if I'm not sure which service I need?
That's completely normal. During your initial consultation we'll help you identify the right type of support — there's no expectation that you'll know before you call.
Can I change my practitioner if it's not the right fit?
Absolutely. The therapeutic relationship is central to your progress. If things don't feel right, we'll do our best to find you a better match.
Is everything I share kept private?
Yes. All sessions are strictly confidential in line with professional ethical guidelines. There are narrow legal exceptions, which your practitioner will explain at your first session.
Can I access support if I'm outside the UK?
Our online therapy provision is accessible from most countries. Please get in touch and we'll let you know what's available in your location.
